Goals

  • Introducing skills and tools for assessment and performance evaluation.
  • Provide Participants with the techniques for managing programs

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • Define NGOs and their relation to development 
  • Understand NGO Strategy, Structure and Systems and how planning, programming and research works
  • Implement programs and projects related to development
  • Human resources management and development
  • Manage Financial Resources 
  • Monitor and Evaluate Successful Programs and Projects.

Target Group

The Program is offered to staff members of NGO establishments within middle and senior employees, and those who have an experience of no less than 3 years.

Program Courses

A participant must complete 320 credit hours divided on a wide variety of courses and topics offered:

  • Development and the role of NGO establishments
  • Institutional development
  • Project Management
  • Human and financial resources management
  • Administrative management
  • Building Partnerships and Fund Raising
  • Seminar (Final Project).

Goals

  • ‏Enhancing the skills of those who work in small and medium enterprises according to the labour market’s needs. 
  • To enable small and medium enterprises owners/ managers from becoming entrepreneurs in their own field 
  • Developing strategic and marketing plans
  • Enhance participants ability in the fields of human resources management and production planning
  • Introducing participants to the importance of quality management for the success of small and medium enterprises. 
  • Enabling participants to prepare a project plan, prepare financial reports and study the feasibility of the project. 

Target Group

  • ‏Managers and owners of small and medium enterprises in the production and services sector
  • High- school, and vocational and technical training graduates.

  • Enhance accountability and gender diversity in the public sector
  • Enhance participants abilities in project planning, time management and decision- making skills, taking into consideration gender diversity
  • Monitoring and Evaluation taking into consideration gender diversity
  • ‏Build strategic partnerships with the media and the public
  • Crisis Management 
  • Implement negotiations techniques that guarantee implementing gender diversity and accountability in the public sector entities.
  • Achieve effective management in a constant changing demands and needs.

Program Goals

  • Learn the importance of communication for effective guiding and counseling
  • Create professional experts for those working with child and adolescence-related systems and learn about their sociological and physiological changes. 
  • Identify child and adolescence problems and be able to treat them
  • Applying collective guidance. 

Target Group

This program targets specialized physiotherapists and social workers.

  • Introduction to Counseling
  • Communication Skills
  • Children and Adolescent Stages of Development
  • Children and Adolescent disorders
  • Concepts on behavioral intervention
